There is an ever-growing public concern for the safety of our schools. As a result, there are many products comings into the marketplace that do not meet the already established code requirements. In this presentation, we will look at typical openings in an educational environment and discuss what you need to know and think about regarding security products, concerns about barricade devices, and touchless solutions. We will discuss the many special openings in a school such as sound doors, overhead roiling doors, teacher cabinets, and many other unique requirements in an education environment.
